Wil C.M. Martens (1973), tax lawyer, is a member of the Tax practice group. He specialises in corporate tax and advises clients on participation exemption issues, interest deduction, tax loss legislation and acquisitions.
Wil is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA). He is (co)author of various articles on corporate income tax issues, including a book on the Dutch participation exemption. |
