Tom L. Claassens (1967), attorney, heads the Rotterdam department of the Employment Taxes and Employment Law practice group. He specialises in various aspects of labour law, such as collective bargaining agreements, consultation rights and employment law aspects of transactions. Additionally, he has broad litigation experience. Earlier in his career he comanaged the New York office.
Tom lectures at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam and at other institutions. He is a member of various organisations, such as the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. |
