Ruud van Bork (1961), civil law notary, is a member of the Corporate Law practice group. He advises national and international corporations on issues such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, management buyouts and buyins, corporate governance, corporate structures and corporate reorganisations. He also has broad experience in advising corporations on demergers and spin-offs. His area of expertise also includes the formation of corporations, general and limited partnerships and voting trusts.
Ruud has been providing professional training in the area of corporate law to civil law notaries since 1997. |
