Rob M. Vermeulen (1955), tax lawyer, is a member of the VAT, Customs and International Trade practice group. He advises on indirect taxes, in particular on VAT and transfer tax, excise duties, customs and real estate transfer tax. He also advises on the leasing of capital goods and the tax consequences in the event of ICT developments and e-commerce.
Rob is a board member of the European VAT Club and board member of the "Sales Tax" section of the Association for Tax Science. He is a member of the "Indirect Tax Committee" of the Confédération Fiscale Européenne (the umbrella organisation of European tax lawyers). |
