| Philip W. van Verschuer (1960), attorney, is a member of the Corporate Law practice group. He is specialised in complex national and international business transactions, principally public and private M&A transactions, leveraged buyouts and international joint ventures and strategic alliances. He has been involved in several large cross-border joint ventures and acquisitions for national and international clients in the telecommunications industry as well as in large infrastructure projects, the energy sector, and the financial services industry. He has worked in the New York office in 1988-1989 and 1991-1996. |
