Peter E.B. Corten (1966), attorney, is a member of the Corporate Law practice group. Apart from M&A and private equity fund formation, he specialises in public offerings, IPOs and other stock-exchange related activities. He also advises on securities law and compliance and was earlier employed at the Dutch Securities Board (currently: Dutch Authority Financial Markets).
