Paul H.M. Simonis (1954), tax lawyer, is a member of the Tax practice group. He advises Dutch and foreign multinationals on direct taxes, focusing on reorganisations, mergers, and takeovers. He provides second opinions for in-house tax departments and outside tax counsels.
He has published various books and articles on mergers, demergers, reorganisations, fiscal unity, privatisation, and introduction of corporate income tax in the Dutch electricity/gas sector. |
