Nelleke Krol (1966), attorney, is a member of the Corporate Law practice group. She advises both listed and privately held companies regarding corporate law, specialising in corporate reporting and IPOs.
Nelleke is a lecturer in the Grotius course and is active in other post-academic education. She is the author of various publications, including a periodical on corporate reporting. |
