Marja de Best (1971), tax lawyer, is a member of the Tax practice group in Rotterdam. She specialises in international tax law and advises financing structures, joint ventures, takeovers and the setting up of international structures. She works in particular for French and North American clients (multinationals, banks and private equity funds). She has worked at the Paris office for three years and has also been seconded to a Canadian law firm in Toronto and the tax department of an investment bank in London.
Marja is a member of the Dutch Association for Tax Advisers and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
