Marieke Bakker (1974), tax adviser, is a member of the general Tax practice group. She specialises in mergers, takeovers and joint ventures, buyouts, multinationals and Dutch corporate income tax issues. She has been involved in several European - Australian transactions, including in the real-estate market, and has worked at an Australian law firm in Sydney for six months in 2001. She also focuses on transactions between the Netherlands and Nordic countries.
Marieke is a lecturer for the Dutch Association for Tax Advisers, teaching on mergers and split-offs. She has worked as a research associate at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. |
