Marc Vermylen (1966), attorney, is chairman of the Banking & Finance practice group and member of the Real Estate practice group in Brussels. He has more than 10 years experience in structured finance products and cross-border financing in Belgium and across Europe. Before joining Loyens, he was Vice-President and in-house counsel at a world-renowned settlement and clearing institution and in-house counsel at an investment bank in Belgium. His clients include secured lenders, originators and issuers of structured notes.
Marc is a regular speaker at conferences on cross-border collateral topics. He is a member of the Brussels Bar. |
