| Loek van Kalmthout (1955), tax lawyer, is a member of the Supervisory Board of Loyens & Loeff and the chairman of the Rotterdam Tax practice group. Before joining Loyens & Loeff, he was an Advocate General at the Supreme Court. As Advocate General, he drafted several influential recommendations regarding important rulings on corporate tax, income tax and VAT and on matters of civil law. |
