P. Hermine E. Voûte (1964), attorney, works in the Employment Taxes and Labour Law practice group and heads the labour law department. She specialises in employment law, with the emphasis on collective dismissals, employee representation, and collective bargaining.
Hermine is a member of the General Council of the Netherlands Bar Association. She is a lecturer in collective dismissal law for the Grotius Academy in employment law at the Radboud University in Nijmegen. In addition, she has published several articles on labour law-related subjects such as reorganisations and collective dismissals. |
