| Henk J. Breeman (1957), attorney, is a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group. He specialises particularly in environmental and spatial planning law and administrative law in general. The overlapping area of public/private law is also one of his specialities. He advises and litigates for governmental authorities and large companies in administrative matters and (un)lawful governmental action. He has worked at the Raad van State (the highest dutch authority for public law matters) for almost 10 years.
Henk is a member of the Administrative Law Committee of the Supervisory Committee of the Rotterdam Bar Association. He teaches internal and external courses. He has contributed to journals such as Bouwrecht, Tax business law and Jurist in Bedrijf, and to the publication of the Vastgoed Almanak Juridisch ['Real Property Legal Almanac'] and has written part 3 of the 'preadvies' 2002 for KNB. He is also the author of 'The Liability of the Mayor' (2002) for the NGB. |
