Hans C. de Groot (1949), tax lawyer, is a member of the Tax practice group. He specialises in international tax law, in particular, in transactions relating to the United States, Europe and the United Kingdom. His field of expertise ranges from cross-border financial products and derivatives to M&A, private equity and international corporate restructurings. He heads the New York office and was founder of the London office.
Hans has for many years been listed among the leading international tax experts in various independent publications. |
