Guy Palmaers (1969), attorney, is a member of the Corporate law and M&A practice group in Antwerp. He advises both national and international clients regarding mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and general corporate law matters. He has worked in another large Belgian firm (as a partner since 2001) and as a legal adviser for one of the big-four accountancy firms.
