Guido Portier is a member of the Corporate Law practice group. Guido has extensive experience in merger, acquisition and securities transactions. He has acted for many U.S., European and multinational companies with respect to their acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and joint ventures. Guido's practice also includes advising companies with respect to general corporate matters and international finance transactions. He heads the corporate department of Loyens & Loeff New York since September 2005.
Guido is a member of the Trade Law Association (Vereeniging Handelsrecht), the International Bar Association and the American Bar Association. |
