Gilles Dusemon (1970), attorney, is a member of the Investment Funds, Corporate and Private Equity practice groups and co-heads the Luxembourg Investment Management team. He specialises in structuring and transactional work involving alternative funds, with a special focus on private equity and property funds. His areas of expertise include general corporate law, investment funds, and taxation. He is a member of several working groups within ALFI, the Luxembourg Investment Funds Association and cochairs the private equity working group.

Gilles is a regular speaker at international seminars, addressing international fund structuring topics, in particular. He has worked in the Luxembourg and New York offices of an international law firm and has been legal and tax counsel within the Luxembourg Investment Funds Association. He is currently also overseeing the Luxembourg desk of the Dubai office.
