Frank L. Leijdesdorff (1963), attorney, is a member of the Corporate Law practice group. His broad expertise in merger and acquisition includes both public and private mergers and private equity transactions in a diverse array of industries including energy and financial services. He has experience in cross-border M&A transactions representing foreign investors in Dutch transactions. He has advised a range of companies on compliance with corporate governance rules. He is a member of the firm's corporate and financial restructuring team. He has worked in Loyens & Loeff's New York office.
Frank has lectured and published on a number of corporate law-related matters, such as, distressed M&A, structuring and financing of joint ventures, director's liability and the implementation of the thirteenth EU Directive. |
