Etienne M.S. Spierts (1967), tax lawyer, heads the Frankfurt office. He specialises in the taxation of businesses, both national and international, with particular focus on cross-border trading and investments between the Benelux and Germany. He mainly advises on (re-)structurings, group financing, international tax planning, and real estate investments.
Etienne is the Dutch correspondent for the Internationale Wirtschafts-Briefe tax journal and lectures regularly at seminars. He is a member of the German desk and has published various articles on European and international tax law. |
