| Egbert Jan Jonker (1948), tax lawyer, is a member of the international Tax practice group. He specialises in the tax aspects of cross-border transactions with special focus on French and American clients (such as multinationals, venture capital, and banks) with investments/joint ventures in Europe in which the Netherlands or France are involved. He has worked several years at the New York and Paris offices and also for the Ministry of Finance. |
