Eelco Dijk (1949), civil law notary, is a member of the Real Estate practice group and the Corporate Law practice group. He supervises property transactions and advises pension funds and investors, and is engaged in project developments, financing, joint venture structures and security rights.
Eelco is former chairman of the Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie (Royal Society of Civil Law Notaries). He is an editor of the 'Vastgoedrecht' page of the Financieele Dagblad. |
