| Christophe Laurent (1969), attorney, heads the Real estate practice group and is a member of the General tax practice group in Brussels. He has broad experience in advising Belgian companies and subsidiaries of non-Belgian companies on domestic and international tax issues. His field of expertise includes advising on the tax aspects of real estate investments in Belgium, structured finance, and pre- and post M&A tax restructuring.
Christophe is the author of several publications and books and a member of the Brussels Bar. |
