Christian Willems (1954), attorney, is a member of the Supervisory Board of Loyens & Loeff. He is chairman of the Employment law, compensation & benefits and pensions practice group. He has broad experience in employment law and has been advising companies in Belgium and internationally on general employment law matters, transfers of undertakings, collective dismissals, reorganisations, employee benefits, pensions and social security, individual dismissals, self-employment matters, employment and social disputes, industrial relations, relations with unions, and strikes for more than 20 years.
Christian lectures junior lawyers in Brussels on employment law. He is also a frequent guest speaker at seminars and a member of the Brussels Bar. In addition he is the author of a considerable number of publications. |
