Carola van den Bruinhorst (1965), tax lawyer, is a member of the Tax practice group. She specialises in the international tax practice. Her clients are mainly Canadian, U.S. and Italian multinationals seeking advice on domestic and international tax structures and restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations and joint ventures. She has also worked at the New York office. Carola is an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA). Currently, she is Senior Vice Chair of the IBA Taxes Committee, responsible for Young Lawyers Programs. She is a frequent speaker at the IBA and other conferences on international tax matters and publishes frequently in international tax journals, such as the BNA International Tax Forum. |
