| J. André van der Kolk (1953), attorney-at-law, is a member of the Competition & Regulatory and Real Estate practice groups. He advises on the construction, management and maintenance of road, rail and port infrastructure. He has broad experience with, amongst others, public transport projects, public-private partnerships (PPP) and project development, and on that basis specialises in the area of general administrative law, contract law, construction law, lease law, environmental law and spatial planning. He has over 25 years of experience as advisor and litigator in administrative law and civil law and is registered as mediator with the Netherlands Mediation Institute (NMI).
André is chairman of the Vereniging Publiek Vervoerrecht (Dutch Public Transport Law Association), and a member of the Vereniging van Milieurecht Advocaten (Association for Environmental Law Attorneys) and the Vereniging voor Bouwrecht (Building Law Association). |
