| Roel Nieuwdorp, (1943), attorney, is a member of the Corporate Law practice group in Brussels. He has been advising companies in Belgium and internationally (both privately and publicly held) on M&A transactions, reorganisations, privatisations and general company law issues for more than 30 years. He is involved in the structuring and organisation of transactions on both a Belgian and European-wide scale and has extensive cross-border experience.
Roel is a frequent speaker at seminars, in Belgium as well as internationally, discussing M&A-related subjects. He teaches company law at the University of Antwerp and is former President of the Dutch-Belgian Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Brussels Bar and a member of the International Bar Association (IBA). He is the author of a considerable number of publications. |
