Pamela Cordova is Counsel with the Luxembourg and Brussels offices of Loyens & Loeff, Luxembourg and Loyens, Brussels and works in the Banking and Finance practice group. She specialises in banking and securities. She is an international legal expert on multi-jurisdictional lien perfection and cross-border insolvency with considerable experience in this field having been derived from her former position with JP Morgan.
In addition to being the author of several articles on cross-border collateralisation, Pamela developed Trinity, the world’s first on-line tool for proactively managing the legal risk of collateral enforceability. |
