Carl Bevernage, (1943), attorney, is a member of the Employment law, compensation & benefits, and pensions practice group. He is involved in industrial relations law, individual employment law and national insurance and pension schemes under Belgian and European law. He specialises in civil and criminal proceedings and arbitrations, pharmaceuticals and medical products law, and WTO issues. Carl is Head of the Belgian Delegation with the Council of European Bars and law societies (CCBE), a member of the Belgian High Council of Justice and a member of the International Labour and Employment section of the American Bar Association (ABA). He is also the editor and author of the ABA’s book on International Labour and Employment Laws and co-president of the Confederation of Belgian-Dutch Association (BENEV). He was President of the Bar Association at the Brussels Bar from 1990 to 1992. |
