Pamela Cordova is Counsel with Loyens Winandy, Luxembourg and Loyens, Brussels and works in the Banking and Finance practice group. She specialises in banking and securities. She is an international legal expert on multi-jurisdictional lien perfection and cross-border insolvency with considerable experience in this field having been derived from her former position with JP Morgan.
In addition to being the author of several articles on cross-border collateralisation, Pamela developed Trinity, the world’s first on-line tool for proactively managing the legal risk of collateral enforceability. |
