Judith Raijmakers
Judith Raijmakers, attorney at law, is a member of the Banking & Finance practice group.
She specialises in banking and finance law and acts for lenders, borrowers, equity funds and sponsors in various types of cross-border finance transactions, including acquisition financing, debt (re)structurings, debt issuances, project financing, asset financing and corporate restructurings. She also advises on regulatory law related to banks and financial professionals.
Before joining Loyens & Loeff, Avocats à la Cour, Judith worked for 8 years in the Amsterdam and Paris offices of a major global law firm.
Judith was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar in 2000 and to List IV of the Luxembourg Bar in 2009.
