Cécile Henlé, Avocat à la Cour, specialises in international tax law, focusing on advising multinational clients on cross-border transactions and group restructurings. She also specialises in Luxembourg domestic tax law and tax litigation.
 
Before working in the tax group of the firm, Cécile acquired four years of corporate experience working in the corporate practice group where she specialised in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and transactional business law.

She was seconded to the office of Loyens & Loeff New York in 2008 for a period of one year.

She is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar and is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA). She is a founding member of the Young IFA, Luxembourg.
