Loyens & Loeff advised ONH BV, member of a consortium led by Dyas, regarding their acquisition of Oranje-Nassau Energie BV, the Netherlands-based holding company of oil and gas exploration and production businesses, from Oranje-Nassau Groep BV, the Netherlands-based holding company of energy businesses, a portfolio company of Wendel Investissement, the listed France-based private equity firm.
The consortium consists of Dyas UK Limited, the UK-based holding company, ONH BV, the Netherlands-based investment company, and Sumitomo Corporation, the listed Japan-based conglomerate. The team consisted of Philip van Verschuer, Bas Vletter, Lex Rens, Vincent Vroom, Gianluca Kreuze, Roel Fluit, Sophie van Engelen, Rogier Sterk and Dick van Lanteren.
