Loyens & Loeff advised Total Specific Solutions BV, the Dutch manufacturer, developer and seller of software solutions, in the acquisition of PinkRoccade Healthcare BV and PinkRoccade Local Government, the Dutch providers of business solutions activities, from Getronics NV, a subsidiary of KPN NV, for an undisclosed amount.

As part of the acquisition, all the activities of PinkRoccade and 800 employees will be transferred Total Specific. This acquisition will provide personal development opportunities to the employees of PinkRoccade and it will also provide expansion opportunities to the companies. The transaction is subject to and has received approval from the Dutch Competition Authority.
