Loyens & Loeff advised Serica Energy PLC, the listed UK based oil & gas exploration and production company, regarding the Dutch legal and tax aspects of the sale of its  33.33% stake in Block 06/94 PSC, the Vietnam based gas block, and a 25% and 24.6% stake respectively in Kambuna Gas Field and Kutai PSC, both being Indonesia based gas fields, to KrisEnergy Holdings Ltd, the Singapore based oil and gas exploration, development and production platform. Completion of this transaction is subject to joint venture partner and regulatory approvals. The Loyens & Loeff team was led by Jan Bart Schober.
