Loyens & Loeff advised the management on the acquisition of RP Group B.V. from AAC Capital Partners for an undisclosed consideration. The management buyout was backed by Gilde Buy Out Partners B.V.
The acquisition will help Roompot's growth strategy of expanding its business in Netherlands and the rest of Europe.
