Loyens & Loeff advised Rabo Capital on the acquisition of a majority stake in Delta Wines through a secondary management buyout. With HAL Investments an agreement was reached regarding the acquisition of their majority stake in Delta Wines. The management of Delta Wines will continue to participate in the company. The transaction is in line with Delta Wines’ national and international ambitions.
