Loyens & Loeff advised ABN AMRO Participaties B.V. on the acquisition of a majority stake in Agmi Group for an undisclosed consideration.
Agmi is one of the largest and oldest companies active in the vertical road signaling industry in the Netherlands and reported a turnover of EUR 19m in 2010. ABN AMRO Participaties is excited to support Agmi’s management with further growing the business both organically and through add-on acquisitions into Europe.
