| Koen Platteau, (1963), attorney, heads the Brussels EU, competition and regulatory practice group. He specialises in EU and Belgian competition law, including restrictive practices, cartel investigations, merger control procedures and state aid matters. He advises and represents clients before the European Commission and national competition authorities, national and European courts and in arbitration. Koen has published various articles on EC and Belgian competition law and teaches EU competition law at the Grotius Academie. He is a member of the Brussels Bar. |
