Jan Van Besien (1949), attorney (member of the Brussels Bar), is a member of the General tax practice group. He has extensive experience in tax litigation. In addition, he provides general tax advice on revenue tax and VAT.
Jan is a member of the suggestion board of the ‘Tijdschrift voor Fiscaal Recht’ magazine. He is the author of several contributions on tax litigation and VAT. He is a previous member of the Board of the Brussels Bar (Flemish section, 2002-2005) and a current member of the General Assembly of the Flemish Bar Council (Orde van Vlaamse Balies). |
