Frank Jonker (1949), tax lawyer, is a member of the Tax practice group. He specialises in international taxation, international corporate tax law and corporate reorganisations and has extensive experience in cross-border transactions and tax planning (including in regard to Malta). He has been responsible for the Swiss practice since 1989. In Switzerland, his focus is largely on advising multinational corporations from all sectors of industry regarding intra-group operations as well as the establishment of international holding, trading, licensing and headquarter structures and captive insurance companies. He also advises high-net-worth individuals moving to Switzerland. He has worked in the Amsterdam and Hong Kong offices, in the latter as local partner.
Frank is based in Geneva and is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and board member of the Tax Chapter of the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce. |
