Filip Saelens has built up considerable experience in collective and individual employment law. He advises foreign and Belgian companies on general employment law matters, transfers of undertakings, collective dismissals, reorganisations, employee benefits, social security, individual dismissals, self-employment matters, labour and social disputes, industrial relations, relations with unions, and strikes.
Filip has also contributed to a significant number of publications and speaks regularly at seminars on a range of employment law topics.
