Eugène H.C. Tchen (1951), attorney-at-law, is a member of the Banking & Finance practice group. He specialises in financial law as well as corporate law and contracts.

Eugène has over 25 years experience advising international corporates. Before joining Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg in 2006, he was a partner with a leading Belgian and international law firm.

He is a member of the Brussels Bar and the Luxembourg Bar.
