Vassiliyan Zanev, attorney, is a member of the Banking & Finance practice group.
He specialises in banking and finance, including in particular securitisation, structured finance, capital markets, lending, debt restructuring and regulatory work.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, he acquired three years of banking and finance experience in a major UK-based law firm in Luxembourg.
