Klaas Wiersma (1974), attorney at law, is a member of the Employment Taxes and Employment Law practice group. He specialises in employment law, with the emphasis on individual (including managing director under the articles of association) and collective dismissal law, employee representation in the event of reorganisations and restructuring, takeovers, mergers, cross-border labour and employee participation structures.

Klaas is a frequent speaker at seminars addressing various aspects of employment law. He is a member of the National Association of Employment Law Attorneys and the Amsterdam Association of Employment Law Attorneys.
