Matthijs Wierenga (1976), tax adviser, is a member of the Tax practice Group. He specialises in advising multinationals and investment funds on corporate tax and dividend tax, focusing on the taxation of M&A transactions and corporate restructurings. He also has broad experience setting up private equity and venture capital funds as well as the structuring of (international) carried interest structures.

Matthijs is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Consultants (NOB).
