Winand Westenbroek (1978), attorney at law, is a member of the Corporate practice group. He specialises in advising and litigating in commercial disputes and in corporate law disputes, such as director’s liability, disputes between shareholders and proceedings with the Enterprise Chamber of the Court of Appeals.

Winand is a member of the Dutch Corporate Litigation Association and a deputy registrar at the Board of Discipline in Amsterdam since 2007.
