Mariëtte van 't Westeinde (1965), attorney at law, is a member of the Banking & Finance practice group. She has broad experience in all types of specialised financial transactions, ranging from asset finance to public and private debt issues, derivatives and asset management, and, in particular, on securitisations and structured finance. She has held various positions ranging from in-house legal counsel to attorney.
Mariëtte has published several articles on banking law-related issues and is coauthor of a book on securitisation in the Netherlands.
