Alberta de Vries (1974), tax adviser, is a member of the general Tax practice group. She specialises in Dutch corporate income tax, dividend withholding tax, as well as tax aspects related to national and international (re)structuring, and mergers and acquisitions. She also has experience advising (international) public benefit institutions (ANBIs). Furthermore, she acts as point of contact regarding the Dutch packaging tax. She has worked at the Frankfurt office and was involved in a wide range of transactions including those related to real estate. She also focuses on transactions between the Netherlands and Sweden. 

Alberta is a member of the Dutch Association for Tax Advisers. She worked as assistant for prof. C. van Raad during her studies in Leiden.
