Eliënne de Vries (1980), tax adviser, is a member of the international Tax practice group. She specialises in corporate (re)structuring and (re)financing and advises multinationals as well as private equity funds on Dutch, Asian and international tax law. In this context, she works closely with local tax and legal experts in the various Asia Pacific countries to help provide the best advice. She also focuses on Asian inbound and outbound tax planning in a wide variety of business sectors.

Eliënne is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA), Singapore branch.
